I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. As a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, I am passionate about helping kids navigate their way in the world. I can also help with eating disorders, chronic pain and illness, trauma, grief, relationships, separation and divorce, adoption, self-esteem, developmental challenges, and sports performance. As well, I am trained in EMDR and Gottman Method for couples.
Although there is no manual or script to navigate one’s life, there are certainly opportunities for curiosity and self-awareness to deal with feelings, thoughts, and challenges.
